CAMS Music Trust

CMT was formally constituted in 2014 with a charitable mission of providing musical opportunities for children and adults in Cambridgeshire. We have worked with schools (both in and out of school hours) and with adults and families in a variety of community settings.

Orchestras

CMT currently run two orchestras – the Cambridge Community Orchestra and the Cambridge Community Junior Orchestra.

Instrumental Workshops

A series of workshops for players of a variety of instruments, ages and standards.

Vocal Workshops

Workshops for vocalists & choirs of a variety of ages and standards.

International Partnerships

We have fostered links with musicians and groups from around the world.

Singing in Schools

Together with English Pocket Opera Company we run SingFest, a pioneering singing programme for schools, which, to date, has run in over 40 Cambridgeshire schools.
