- Guitar LegendsThe making of ‘Make Our Garden Grow’ video took a new turn last night with the participation of The Guitar Legends – who not only performed their 4 power chords in the street – but posed for an album cover by a car that had crashed in Mawson Rd – hats off to the legends.

- Make Our Garden Grow RehearsalsThere are two more rehearsals before the deadline for all submissions (17th July) – There is a Street Rehearsal (Mawson Rd/Wilkin St junction) Sunday 12th July 8.00pm and a Zoom rehearsal (Mon 13th July online let Jenny know – jsm15 at cam.ac.uk – if you would like to take part.
- Outdoor Wind QuintetSome members of CMT have been doing their playing in extreme distancing fashion. A large garden and an ample awning provide the space and the cover.
- MP gets midnight haircutAt midnight on the crossover between the 3rd and 4th July – hairdressers were allowed to reopen. Daniel Zeichner MP was there to get a timely haircut at Piero’s of Mill Road. - Lockdown Music in SchoolsTheo, Freya and the school’s headteacher have been entertaining children of key workers in St. Matthews Primary School in Cambridge. Nirvana, Coldplay, Neopolitan songs, Trad Scottish dances and Offenbach were all ingredients on a varied menu.
- Lockdown Concert #8Sunday 21st June 2020 – the weekend of the Summer Solstice, Midsummer Day and Fathers’ Day – an extraordinary event took place.
