The Fête de la musique, also known in English as Music Day, Make Music Day or World Music Day, is an annual music celebration that takes place on 21 June. It is a set of free public music events which takes place each year on midsummer’s day in more than 110 countries and over 400 cities across the world. On Sunday 21st June the CAMS Music Trust ensembles – the Community Orchestra, the Big Band and the Community Choir – played as part of this exciting festival – taking a prime spot – under canvas – in the town square – all hosted by the Saffron Walden Arts Trust.
