2019

Carmen – July 21st 2019 St Matthews Primary School, Cambridge

CMT were part of an initiative that started with a large concert at London’s Olympic Park (Copperbox Arena). This was part 1 of a project that was the culmination of a year-long project in partnership with the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, United Learning, English Pocket Opera Company (EPOC) and the Voices Foundation. Part 2 took place at St Matthews Primary School, Cambridge with English Pocket Opera Company, CAMS Music Trust & the Cambridge Community Orchestra. Part 3, which is planned to involve some members of CMT, will take place in Mostar, Bosnia & Herzegovina.

Martha and Lotte

Martha Gampert and Lotte Klein (from Bonn, Germany) played with the orchestra during the 2018/19 season – Martha on Clarinet and ‘Lotte’ on percussion. We wish them all the best for their studies at University.
